Publication Procedure

The Journal of Holistic Integration in Health Sciences follows a systematic publication procedure to ensure high-quality, ethical, and timely dissemination of research.

1. Manuscript Submission

  • Authors submit manuscripts via the online submission system.

  • Submissions must comply with the journal’s author guidelines and ethical policies.

2. Initial Screening

  • The editorial team checks manuscripts for plagiarism, formatting, and relevance to the journal’s scope.

  • Non-compliant manuscripts may be returned to authors for correction or rejected.

3. Peer Review

  • Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are assigned to at least two independent reviewers under a double-blind peer review system.

  • Reviewers assess originality, scientific rigor, clarity, ethical compliance, and contribution to the field.

4. Revision Process

  • Based on reviewer comments, authors are asked to revise their manuscript and submit a response letter.

  • Revised manuscripts may undergo additional review before a final decision is made.

5. Editorial Decision

  • The Editor-in-Chief, considering reviewer recommendations, makes the final decision:

    • Accept

    • Minor revision

    • Major revision

    • Reject

6. Copyediting & Proofreading

  • Accepted manuscripts undergo language editing, formatting, and reference checking.

  • Proofs are sent to authors for final review and approval.

7. Online Publication

  • Finalized articles are assigned a DOI (Digital Object Identifier) and published online.

  • Articles are available immediately under the journal’s Open Access Policy.

8. Archiving & Indexing

  • Published articles are archived in the journal’s repository and indexed in national and international databases to ensure long-term accessibility and visibility.
