Participation Charge

The Journal of Holistic Integration in Health Sciences is an open access journal, which means that all published articles are freely available to readers worldwide without subscription or paywall barriers. To support the costs of editorial management, peer review, production, and online hosting, the journal applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted manuscripts.

1. Submission Fee

  • There is no fee for manuscript submission. Authors can submit their articles without any initial charge.

2. Article Processing Charge (APC)

  • Authors are required to pay an APC only if their manuscript is accepted for publication.

  • The APC amount will be determined and announced officially by the journal.

  • The APC covers: editorial and administrative support, peer review process, typesetting, DOI registration, online hosting, indexing, and long-term archiving.

3. Waiver Policy

  • The journal may grant a partial or full waiver of the APC for authors who are unable to afford the fee, particularly those from developing countries or under special academic circumstances.

  • Waiver requests must be submitted at the time of article submission and will not affect the editorial decision process.

4. Payment Method

  • Payment instructions will be sent to the corresponding author once the manuscript has been accepted.

  • Payment must be completed before the article is published online.
